CalcHelm is an independent calculator site with one premise: a tax calculator should show its work. Every result here is a line-by-line breakdown, every rate traces to an official government source, and the methodologyis public.

The site is intentionally simple. Calculations run entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent to a server or stored. There are no accounts, no paywalls on calculators, and no pop-ups between you and your result.

CalcHelm is independently built and maintained. It is not affiliated with the IRS, any state agency, or any payroll provider, and no one here is your accountant: the numbers are careful estimates for planning, not tax advice.
